I love to shop and have done my part to support economies all over the world.  After learning about shopping in New York City, I have examined merchandise in stores located in Finland, Hawaii, Hong Kong, Italy (Florence, Rome, Umbria and Venice), London, New Orleans, Palm Springs, Paris, Russia, Seattle, Singapore, Southern California, South Carolina, South Korea, Tokyo and Virginia/Washington, DC.  In many locations, my shopping excursions included trips to local markets, such as Portabello Market in London, Porta Porchese Market in Rome and innumerable local markets in Hong Kong, Singapore and Seoul and Taegu, South Korea.
I am a great believer in shopping guides.  When available, I have used them over the years on my various excursions.  When I moved to Las Vegas three years ago, I was surprised by the number and variety of stores.  As I explored the area, I did not find what I considered to be an adequate shopping guide.  So, I wrote one.

Las Vegas is more than a town of gambling and great shows.  The shopping here is fantastic.  Shopping Las Vegas can be enjoyable for all budgets.  If you are visiting Las Vegas and plan to go shopping on the Las Vegas Strip, use my shopping guide to help plan your excursion.  Whatever you do, enjoy your trip to Las Vegas - it is a great town!
